At SilverCeuticals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury pieces. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original SilverCeuticals packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
